Insomnia Down Under Style

I've been in Sydney for just about a week now, and it's been quite the adventure. linux.conf.au was a total blast and I got to catch up with some of the friends I've made through GSoC and during the Ubuntu Developer Summit, as well as make some new ones. I gave a few lightning talks and lead a discussion as part of the LinuxChix miniconf; I'll be heading to the Sydney chapter's meeting tomorrow evening and will be speaking at the Sydney Linux Users Group meeting tomorrow night, as well.

I haven't had time for much in the way of exploring the city while I've been here, though I did attend the LCA Speaker's Dinner, which was a delightful evening cruise through the Sydney Harbor. At the very least, I've taken care of one of the city's great traditional activities. Oh yes, and I had an awesome yum cha lunch with several of the folks from the conference, so another great tradition has been enjoyed.

Thanks to all the folks in Sydney who have made my stay so pleasant and to the LCA organizers and volunteers for all their hard work to make LCA 2007 happen!

Hi Leslie,
I saw your post on the Google Code Blog about the Ben Collins-Sussman and Brian Fitzpatrick presentation.

Do you know of any listing of other public events like this on the Google campus? I couldn't find any official looking listing of public events in Google Calendar. I'd be interested in knowing about more events like these.
